apple sweet dessert



i have made this tasty sweet apple dessert and its ingredients believed to bring a great benefit to your health

ingredients:
1 red apple (quartered)
red date
dried longan
white fungus

flavour:
ginger
cinnamon
crystal sugar

 Benefits
red date : Calms the central nervous system, protects liver, improves strength of muscles, inhibits cancer cells, treating skin cancer, preventing reaction in blood transfusion, treating diarrhea.

dried longan remedy for stomach ache, insomnia, amnesia, and dropsy; can be used as a blood tonic, to nurture the heart and to add luster and beauty to the skin

white fungus White fungus contains much iron, vitamin C, calcium and phosphorus. The fat and gum like protein in it is especially nourishing to the body; lubricates the colon and stimulates peristalsis, it is a mild laxative for constipation patients; effective in nourishing the lungs, healing dry cough and clearing heat in the lungs; strengthen the respiratory system and thus, helps prevent cold.

ginger: minimize the symptoms of respiratory conditions, colds and allergies; relieve nausea, digestive problems, circulation and arthritis
