When you feel sick, having serious body ache,feeling stress,or maybe after a unhealthy diet few days ago
this is the right time to detox yourself

i'm having those symptoms now !!
after a few days outing, busy with college, inappropriate resting time; and had being a junkies!!
my body needs a rest

it's detoxing time
