i am super excited to make it
after i came back from my afternoon class
i went to meat grocery and bought home 500 gr pork belly

ingredients:

500 gr skinless pork belly
1 tbsp dark soy sauce
1tbsp light soy sauce

i marinated the pork over night
and i cooked it yesterday
and it turned out good
jason (my husband - his name in syd :p)

surprisingly, he complimented the pork last night when dinner
" how did you do that?"
"it taste so nice and there was no pork smell at all"
